Wet-forming filtration technology
We provide end-to-end solutions from material development and structural design to performance validation and mass production.
OEM/ODM Solutions
Technical Overview
Universal Water Purification Technology employs a mature wet-forming process to uniformly composite and mold functional filtration materials, including activated carbon, activated carbon fiber (ACF), ion-exchange resins, and zeolites.
This technology achieves an optimal balance among filtration performance, mechanical strength, and water flow rate. It is widely used in water purifiers, shower filters, refrigerator filters, and portable water purifiers.

Suitable for developing high-performance filtration products.
Process Flow
STEP 01 Ingredient Preparation
Select premium raw materials such as activated carbon, ACF, ion exchange resins, and zeolites, with strict quality control.
STEP 02 Mixing and Dispersion
Mix raw materials according to the formula ratio and disperse efficiently to ensure uniform blending.
STEP 03 Wet Molding
Inject the mixture into a mold or extrude it to form a wet-state filter element in the desired shape.
STEP 04 Drying
Remove moisture through low-temperature drying to achieve the filter element's optimal strength and stability.
STEP 05 Roll Forming
Further increase product density and mechanical strength through roll compaction.
STEP 06 Quality Check
Conduct multiple inspections on filters, including appearance, dimensions, and performance, to ensure quality compliance.
STEP 07 Finished Product Packaging
Complete packaging and warehousing; deliver to customers safely and on time as per order requirements.
